1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tablespoonful of ghee
8oz fresh & clean room temp. water
Squeeze fresh lemons, into an 8oz glass, add several dashes of cayenne pepper (1/4 tsp.), add 1 tablespoon (about) of ghee, and mix with fresh, clean water (Spring water is best if you have it!).
