Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Wash rice 2 or 3 times until water runs clear
  2. Place rice in a bowl full of cold water and let soak for 30 minutes
  3. Drain rice and transfer it to a pot and add vegetable broth, 1 Tbs. of ghee and the pinch of salt
  4. Bring rice to a boil
  5. Reduce heat to a simmer and add mushrooms, onion, turmeric and curry
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes
  7. Once rice is fully cooked, fluff with a fork
  8. Top with basil, dried cranberries, pine nuts, and 1 Tbs. of Mama Sattva’s Ghee and enjoy!
